Meet Dr. Casiano
‘Care with intention.’
Whole Women’s Care was created to provide a more thoughtful and individualized approach to gynecologic care.
At the center of the practice is a simple belief — that patients should feel heard, understood, and cared for with intention.
Dr. Casiano founded this practice because she believes every woman deserves a physician who has time for her.
Dr. Maria Casiano
MD, FACOG, MSCP, DABOM
Dr. Maria Casiano is a board-certified gynecologist with over 15 years of experience caring for women across all stages of life. She is a Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (FACOG), a Menopause Society Certified Practitioner (MSCP), and a Diplomate of the American Board of Obesity Medicine (DABOM).
After more than a decade in practice, Dr. Casiano recognized something many women already know — that a 15-minute appointment is rarely enough time to truly understand a patient's health, her concerns, or her goals. She founded Whole Women's Care to create something different: a practice where visits are unhurried, conversations are thorough, and every woman feels safe enough to share the full picture of what she's experiencing.
Dr. Casiano lives and practices in the same community she serves. A mother of three, she understands firsthand the demands of a full life — and the importance of having a physician who sees you as a whole person, not just a set of symptoms. When she's not with patients, you'll find her hiking the trails of Kennesaw Mountain with her kids and dogs.
A practice built with purpose
After years of practicing within traditional care settings, Dr. Casiano saw a pattern — patients who needed more time, more continuity, and more depth than the system was built to provide,
Over time, it became clear that the structure of traditional care often does not allow the time or continuity needed to fully understand what patients are experiencing.
Whole Women’s Care was created to offer something different — a setting where there is time to listen carefully, to look more closely, and to approach care in a way that is both thorough and individualized.
Philosophy of Care
Care should not feel rushed or fragmented.
Each visit is an opportunity to slow down, ask better questions, and look at the full picture — not just individual symptoms, but how they connect.
Patients are not expected to fit into a template. Care is individualized, thoughtful, and grounded in both clinical evidence and real-life context.
If this sounds like the kind of care you’ve been looking for — we’d love to meet you.
