Whole Women’s Care MD, LLC is a physician-owned medical practice located in Marietta, Georgia. We are committed to protecting the privacy and security of your personal and health information. This Privacy Policy applies to information collected through our website, patient portal, scheduling system, and any other communications with our practice.
This policy is separate from our Notice of Privacy Practices, which governs how we handle your Protected Health Information (PHI) under HIPAA. A copy of our Notice of Privacy Practices is available upon request and will be provided at your first visit.

Telehealth

Marketing Communications
If you provided your email for updates, we may send practice announcements and health information. You may opt out at any time by clicking ‘unsubscribe’ or contacting us directly. Opting out does not affect care-related communications.
Data Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your information. Patient records are maintained through Elation Health, which employs industry-standard HIPAA-compliant security. No electronic storage is 100% secure.
Georgia-Specific Disclosures
Whole Women’s Care MD, LLC is licensed in Georgia. Your health information is protected under Georgia law in addition to federal HIPAA protections.
Children’s Privacy
Our services are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
