Whole Women's Care is a direct-pay practice, which means visits are not billed through insurance. This allows for extended visits, thoughtful evaluation, and care that is truly individualized.
Most women begin with an Initial Consultation. If you would like to continue care with Dr. Casiano, you can book visits as you need them, or choose a Year of Care or the Ongoing Care Membership. Each is described below.
Individual Visits
Initial Consultation
Comprehensive history, symptom review, goals, and a personalized care plan. Includes InBody 580 body composition analysis (60 minutes).

Follow-Up Visit
Ongoing management and progress review. Available in person or virtually (30 minutes).

Annual/Preventive Visit
Well-woman exam, preventive screenings, and overall health reassessment (30 minutes).

Year of Care
A year of ongoing care for women managing perimenopause, menopause, hormone therapy, or metabolic health.

Ongoing Care Membership
Designed for women navigating perimenopause, menopause, or any hormonal transition who want continuous care over the course of a year without counting visits.
$1,950 a year
or $200 a month
Paying annually saves $450.

Devices, pathology, and laboratory work are billed separately. A written estimate is provided before anything is scheduled.
Less common procedures are priced at consultation.
Good to Know
Laboratory testing, imaging, and medications are billed separately and are not included in visit fees, except where your membership includes them.
We accept HSA and FSA cards directly. A superbill can be provided on request for submission to your insurance carrier. Patients with high-deductible plans may be able to apply visits toward their deductible. Please check with your insurance provider.
This practice does not provide obstetric, primary, or emergency care.
