Whole Women's Care is a direct-pay practice, which means visits are not billed through insurance. This allows for extended visits, thoughtful evaluation, and care that is truly individualized.
We accept HSA and FSA cards directly. Patients with high-deductible health plans may be able to apply visits toward their annual deductible — we recommend checking with your insurance provider for details specific to your plan. A superbill can be provided upon request for potential submission to your insurance carrier.
You may choose between individual visits or structured care pathways, depending on your needs and goals.
Hormonal Health Pathway
Menopause and Perimenopause Care
$1,250
Designed for women navigating perimenopause, menopause, or any hormonal transition who want structured, coordinated care over the course of a year.
Includes:
Initial Consultation (60 minutes)
Two Follow-Up Visits (30 minutes each)
One Annual / Check-In Visit
Personalized hormone therapy planning, symptom management, titration, and long-term monitoring

Metabolic Health & Weight Management
A physician-guided approach to metabolic health, body composition, and sustainable weight management.
Metabolic Assessment

Metabolic and lifestyle evaluation
Personalized treatment strategy
InBody 580 body composition analysis — measuring muscle, fat, and metabolic rate beyond what any scale can show
If you enroll in the Metabolic Health Pathway within 30 days, 100% of this fee is credited toward the pathway.

Initial Metabolic Consultation with InBody 580 (60 minutes)
Five follow-up visits (30 minutes each, typically monthly)

Ongoing treatment adjustments and coordination of care
Prior-authorization and letter-of-medical-necessity support for weight-management medications
Six months of active care
